By clicking “Add Prescription,” I confirm my prescription is valid, current and issued by a licensed eye-care professional. I authorize TART and their affiliate lab to use my prescription to fabricate my lenses in compliance with the FTC Eyeglass Rule (16 CFR Part 456). TART's U.S. lab affiliate includes licensed opticians available to assist the TART team with fabrication issues like lenses, coatings and other technical lab questions. We accept PD measurements from any source, including licensed providers, prior glasses, or customer-measured PDs using approved mobile apps.
