SHIPPING POLICY - PRESCRIPTION ORDERS
Tart Optical is happy to introduce our new prescription platform. All prescription orders placed through our website will be processed from our United States Certified Lab.
If the lab is unable to fulfill the order in the allotted time, you will be contacted via email with an update.
Please allow an extra 2-3 business days for Blue Diamond Blue Light Protection coating application.
Tracking information will be sent via email when the frames are ready for shipment. Our frames are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
All prescription orders are final sale.
SHIPPING POLICY - FRAME ORDER, ONLY (Non-Prescription)
Tart Optical is happy to offer FREE SHIPPING to our domestic and international customers.
Orders are processed within 3-4 business days of purchase. Customers will receive a confirmation email confirming the purchase. A second email will follow once frames have been prepared for shipment. Please allow 7- 10 days for domestic orders to arrive.
International delivery times vary due to carrier availability and customs holds. We kindly ask that you allow 10 -14 days for delivery.
Please be advised that the order amount at checkout excludes VAT taxes, duties, tariffs, carrier brokerage fees, etc. These are separate fees and are assessed upon delivery by the postal carrier and must be paid by the order recipient. Tart Optical is not responsible for any fees that arise upon import
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY - (Non-Prescription)
To initiate a return or exchange on non-prescription frames, please click here.
After a team member has approved the return/exchange request, you will be sent a separate email with return instructions. Please follow the instructions to send the tracking number of your shipment. We kindly ask that all returns/exchanges include all original contents and the RMA #. Please allow 7-10 days for the return/exchange to be processed.
We can only provide a refund or replacement for purchases made directly on www.tartoptical.com.
If you do not love your new eyeglasses or sunglasses, you can return them for a full refund or replace them within 14 days of delivery receipt date, provided the eyewear is in its original condition. You will be responsible for any return and/or exchange shipping cost.
We cannot refund or replace prescription glasses.
For frames purchased through an Authorized Distributor, please contact them directly for guidance on returns.
