SHIPPING POLICY 

Tart Optical is happy to offer FREE SHIPPING to our domestic and international customers.

Please allow 7-10 days for domestic orders to arrive.

International delivery times vary due to carrier availability and customs holds. Please note that the order amount at checkout excludes duties, taxes, and carrier brokerage fees. These will be assessed upon delivery by the postal carrier and must be paid by the order recipient.

Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost. Please email sales@tartoptical.com to make arrangements.

Please be advised that due to COVID-19, we are experiencing delays with shipments. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive. 

RETURN POLICY 

We can only provide a refund or replacement for purchases made directly on www.tartoptical.com.  If you do not love your new eyeglasses or sunglasses, you can return them for a full refund or replace them within 14 days of delivery receipt date, provided the eyewear is in its original condition. We cannot refund or replace glasses with any signs of damage that may include, but is not limited to: scratches, scrapes, missing parts, wear and tear, or breakage. You will be responsible for any return shipping cost.
